2. Payments

Payment is required according to the terms provided at the time of purchase or outlined in your service agreement.

By purchasing a service, you agree to pay the stated price and any applicable fees. Services may not begin until required payment has been received.

3. No Refunds

Because our services involve reserved time, planning, strategy, content creation, and work customized specifically for each client, all service purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibilities

To provide services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate information, brand materials, account access, approvals, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the work.

Delays in providing required information, access, or approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Content & Approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication when approval is part of the applicable service.

GWGS is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, missed deadlines, or delays resulting from information or materials provided by the client or delayed client approvals.

6. Social Media Platforms

GWGS works with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social media platforms. We do not control these platforms or their policies, algorithms, features, outages, account restrictions, or changes.

We cannot guarantee specific follower growth, engagement, reach, sales, leads, viral content, or other performance results.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, original content created specifically for the client and fully paid for may be used by the client for their business purposes.

GWGS retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, templates, systems, processes, strategies, and other proprietary resources used to provide services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to GWGS, including photographs, logos, music, graphics, or other content, may legally be used.

8. Portfolio & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GWGS may display completed work created for a client in its portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials.

If a client does not want their work featured, they may request an exception in writing.

9. Confidentiality

GWGS will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential information provided by clients private and will not knowingly share confidential business information with third parties except when necessary to provide services or when required by law.

10. Website Use

All content on the GWGS website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Girls Who Get Social unless otherwise stated.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Girls Who Get Social will make reasonable efforts to provide professional and reliable services. However, we do not guarantee specific business, financial, social media, or marketing results.

To the extent permitted by law, GWGS will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or website.
