You send us your finished content and captions, and we organize them into a calendar, schedule them, and publish them, so your accounts stay active and consistent even in your busiest weeks.

- Scheduling and publishing of up to 12 posts: We load and publish your content on schedule.
- Formatting of up to 12 client-provided captions: Cleaned up and formatted for each platform.
- Basic hashtag and keyword implementation: Added to help people find your posts.
- Content calendar organization: One clear calendar that shows what's going out and when.
- Scheduling management: We handle timing, adjustments, and the details.
- Consistency monitoring: We check that posts went live and flag gaps or missed uploads.
- The Content Collection System: A shared folder, a monthly shot list, and a simple deadline, so your content arrives organized.
What you'll receive each month
An organized content calendar, up to 12 scheduled and published posts, formatted captions with basic hashtags and keywords, and a short consistency check-in note.
How it works
- Onboarding. We connect your scheduling access, confirm your two platforms, and agree on a content deadline.
- Content drop. You send your finished content and captions by the deadline (suggested 5 business days before the month begins).
- Calendar. We organize your content into a monthly calendar and send it for approval.
- Publish. We schedule and publish, then monitor that everything goes live.
What we need from you
Finished content and captions each month, your calendar approval, and access to your platforms.
What's not included
Strategy, content creation, community engagement, analytics reporting, and more than two platforms (see The Extra Girl). Late content shifts your schedule and doesn't roll over to future months.
Terms: Billed monthly in advance. Three-month minimum, then cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Payments are non-refundable, and unused monthly services don't roll over. Nothing is posted without your approval.
Why a three-month minimum: Traction on social media takes time, and a lot of the strategy work happens at the very beginning. Three months lets that work turn into momentum.
Organic first: We believe in organic reach. Paid ads are great, but our experience is in growing audiences organically, so ads aren't part of this package.
