How it works
- Strategy. We set the month's themes and priorities, and share a short strategy summary.
- Content drop. You send photos and video by the deadline (7 business days before the month begins).
- Build. We write captions, add hashtags and keywords, and build the calendar.
- Approval. You review and approve the calendar and captions.
- Publish and engage. We publish and engage with your community.
- Review. We review performance and plan the next month together.
What we need from you
Photos, video, and raw content each month; approvals by the deadline; and updates on launches, offers, or events.
What's not included
Content creation, such as shooting photos or video (see The Content Day), Reels production (see The Main Character), more than two platforms (see The Extra Girl), and complex customer service or sales inquiries.
Terms: Billed monthly in advance. Three-month minimum, then cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. Payments are non-refundable, and unused monthly services don't roll over. Nothing is posted without your approval.
Why a three-month minimum: Traction on social media takes time, and a lot of the strategy work happens at the very beginning. Three months lets that work turn into momentum.
Organic first: We believe in organic reach. Paid ads are great, but our experience is in growing audiences organically, so ads aren't part of this package.
